Planning a trip around the downtown Richmond area often includes stops at Willow Lawn and the children's museum, but the WerkitRVA Selfie Museum offers a colorful detour worth adding to your itinerary. This venue turns the simple act of taking a picture into a full experience, with photo sets designed to spark creativity and capture lasting memories. Whether you're a local looking for a fresh outing or a visitor exploring the city, the museum provides a playful space where groups of friends, couples, and families can step in front of the camera and leave with something to share. The self-guided format keeps things relaxed, letting visitors move at their own pace and make the most of every backdrop.

Beyond walk-in visits, the WerkitRVA space doubles as a private event venue available for rental inside Willow Lawn. The same vibrant photo sets that draw everyday visitors become the visual centerpiece for celebrations and themed gatherings, giving hosts a built-in atmosphere without extra decorating. Whether you're organizing a small birthday gathering or a larger group event, the colorful environment sets a lively tone that guests will remember. Interested parties can start the process by submitting a request through the online form or reaching out through the contact details listed on the site. The team behind the museum works to make the booking experience straightforward, from the initial inquiry through the day of the event.

The museum's location on Broad Street places it conveniently within reach of other Richmond attractions, making it easy to pair a visit with a broader day of exploring the city. Operating hours are arranged to accommodate both casual visitors and those planning private appointments, and the team encourages guests to check the calendar for current availability and any special offerings. Signing up for the newsletter keeps you informed about new photo installations, seasonal themes, and upcoming events. With a focus on creating personal, shareable moments, WerkitRVA invites everyone to step inside, strike a pose, and make their own memories in a space designed for imagination and fun.
