The WerkitRVA Selfie Museum sits at the heart of Richmond's vibrant Broad Street corridor, making it an easy and memorable addition to any downtown itinerary. Visitors exploring the Willow Lawn area or heading to the Children's Museum will find the venue conveniently positioned for a spontaneous stop. The space is designed to capture the bold, playful energy of the city itself, with colorful backdrops and imaginative installations that encourage guests to slow down, pose, and create something worth sharing. Whether you're a local looking for a fresh afternoon activity or a visitor wanting a keepsake from your time in RVA, the museum offers an accessible, low-pressure experience that fits naturally into a broader day of exploring the city.

The museum operates with a focus on flexibility, offering both walk-in visits and scheduled appointments to suit different preferences. Individual guests can drop by during regular hours, while those planning a more intentional outing can book ahead to secure their preferred time. The venue also accommodates group gatherings, making it a popular choice for birthday celebrations, team outings, and casual get-togethers with friends. Staff members are on hand to help guests navigate the space and make the most of their time, ensuring that every visit feels smooth from arrival to departure. The overall atmosphere stays relaxed and welcoming, letting creativity take center stage without any pressure or formality.

Beyond general admission, the venue is available for private rentals, giving hosts a distinctive setting for events that need a little extra visual flair. The colorful installations and interactive displays provide natural entertainment for guests of all ages, meaning less planning is required to keep people engaged. A small deposit secures the space for a reserved time block, and the team works with hosts to make sure the layout suits their specific needs. Whether the occasion is a milestone birthday, a corporate celebration, or a creative gathering, the museum's environment brings a sense of fun and energy that standard event spaces often lack. It's a chance to turn an ordinary occasion into something guests will remember long after the day ends.

The gallery is designed with families in mind, and visitors of all ages will find plenty to enjoy throughout the space. Kids can move freely between installations, striking poses and experimenting with different backdrops while parents capture the moments on their phones. The layout keeps everything visible and accessible, so navigating the space with little ones feels easy and stress-free. Admission options are straightforward, making it simple for families to plan their visit without complicated pricing structures or hidden fees. The museum also serves as a great complement to nearby family attractions, letting parents extend a day of kid-friendly activities with something that feels fresh, creative, and distinctly Richmond.

For those who want to stay connected with the museum between visits, the venue maintains an active social media presence where new installations and seasonal updates are shared regularly. Following along gives visitors a preview of what to expect and helps them plan their next trip around fresh content. The team also encourages guests to tag the museum in their own posts, building a growing community of local creators and visitors who share their favorite moments online. A newsletter sign-up offers another way to stay in the loop, delivering updates on hours, special events, and new photo opportunities directly to subscribers. It's an easy way to keep the fun going long after the visit ends.
